Section4.The phrase "twelve years" in section 244, ⟨section⟩ 245, and section 246 of the Penal Code shall be modified to be "thirteen years".

Section5.The phrase "aged twelve years or more" in section 248 of the Penal Code shall be removed.

Section6.The phrase "fourteen years" in section 274 and section 275 of the Penal Code shall be modified to be "eighteen years".
