Prepositions.

450. The following list contains the simple prepositions in use in modern Irish:—

i, a, in, (ann) in. go, to (motion).
ag, (aig), at. roiṁ, before.
ar, (air), on. idir, between.
as, out of. le, with.
dar, by (in swearing). ó, from.
de, off, from. ṫar, over, across.
do, to. tar,
fé, faoi, fó, fá, under.  tré, tríd, through.
gan, without. um, im, concerning, about.
