Executive Order

Amendment of Executive Order No. 6247, of August 10, 1933

Executive Order No. 6247, of August 10, 1933, is hereby amended by the addition of a paragraph reading as follows:

“6. This Executive order shall not be construed to apply to such orders as the President may issue approving codes of fair competition under title I of the National Industrial Recovery Act (Public, No. 67, 73d Cong.).”
