​BERYA, a town in Apamene, according to the Peutinger Tables. SE. of Antioch, 35 M. P. from Chalcis and 54 M. P. from Bathna. Niebuhr (Reise, vol. ill. p. 95) found many ruins under the name of Berua. [ E. B. J. ]
