Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:-

| Amendment as to legislation respecting representation in Commons of the Yukon and Northwest Territories. | 2. | Subsection 51(2) of the Constitution Act, 1867, as enacted by the British North America Act, 1952, is repealed and the following substituted therefor:

| Short title and citation. | 3. | This Part may be cited as the Constitution Act (No. 1), 1975.[1] |
