In the earliest copies of Al Aaraaf, Tamerlane, and Minor Poems distributed by the Facsimile Text Society, the fourth and fifth of the unnumbered pages precede the second and third. The actual order of the first five pages in the Yale copy of the original is as follows:

1. Title page
2. Copyright notice and names of printers
3. Motto in what may pass for Spanish
4. Blank page
5. Half-title
